Continuing their pursuit of funky flavours, the brothers behind caversham’s funk cider house, Dustin and Martin Michael, have opened the doors to a second venue in the Swan Valley – funk 2.0.

Described as a fermentation playground, visitors to funk 2.0 can discover a new-world approach to beer and cider. All creations are unpasteurised, as well as preservative, concentrate and sulphur-free, with no added sugar.

Tastings

Tasting paddles consisting of six tasters are available shared between two at the standard package price, individual paddles are available for an additioanl $10 per person..

Lunch Options

Lunch options are accompanied by a small cider for each person in your group. Groups can choose from:

roasted pumpkin stuffed with apple, sage, cranberries, rosemary, pecans, crispy chickpeas (gfo, vg)
chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto, roasted chat potatoes, peperonata (gfo)
red emperor, house-made persian gnocchi, confit cherry tomatoes, zucchini
pork belly, chat potatoes, baby carrots, peas, orange beurre blanc (gfo)
slow-braised beef cheeks, set polenta, broccolini, pan jus (gfo)
