• Day Tour Bookings are only confirmed when full payment is received by Direct Debit (EFT) or credit card details submitted for payment.
• Charters and Group bookings require a $250 non-refundable booking fee deducted from final payment, with follow up 50% Confirmation Payment within 14 days, and final payment no later than 21 days prior to the tour
• Charter and Group booking numbers must be confirmed no later than 21 days prior to the date booked
• Limousine bookings are only confirmed when full payment is received by Direct Debit (EFT) or credit card details submitted for payment.

• Charters and Group booking 50% Confirmation Payment is non-refundable.
• If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is provided, a 100% charge applies to the full rate.
• Day Tour Bookings - cancellations outside 72 hours 50% penalty, cancellations inside 72 hours 100% penalty.
  
• Absence (no show) full charge applies.

• Minimum of six (6) full paying adult passengers for tours to operate, excluding the Limousine which will operate for two (2) adults or more on a private charter.
• Child rate applies to children under the age of 14 years.
• Credit card payments attract a bank surcharge of 3.5%.
